The Knights Stronghold reviews

Leeds Castle, Kent

Play and run wild inside Knights Stronghold at Leeds Castle Open by CAP.Co Adventure Play lead

Just before lockdown, another project we completed, was the Knights Stronghold at Leeds Castle. We've finally shared the portfolio of images, that show the progress from early drawings through to the finished build. The design follows the incredible history of the castle, from its early days around 1199, right through to the current castle, built in the 19th century. You can see that piece here.

But as usual, we always nervously wait for our real judges. The families who visit to play together.

Lockdown has meant unprecedented times, with delayed openings, reduced numbers and enhanced cleaning. Outdoor attractions have been less affected than others, but there's still been a different atmosphere across the country.

However, when it comes to innocent, imaginative outdoor play, everything has stayed the same and kids still love to get out, run, jump and burn off masses of energy. We found three recent reviews for the Knights Stronghold and thankfully, it seems as though this has been totally backed up.

Have a read, and if you're heading down to Kent, then we think (and thankfully it appears that the families think too), it's well worth a visit. You can see details of how to find Leeds Castle here. Just remember, it's not in that Leeds.
